10. Booking and Payment

• Services must be booked in advance.
• Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking. In most cases, full payment is required before the release of any reports or valuations.
• Invoices are issued electronically and can be paid via bank transfer or other methods agreed in writing.

11. Cancellations & Refunds

• If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee may apply.
• Refunds are not generally issued once a survey or valuation has been completed, unless required by law.
• If we cancel your appointment, we will refund any fees paid or offer to reschedule at no additional cost.

15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability is limited to the fee paid for the service in question.
