We provide a range of property-related services, including:
- RICS Level 2 HomeBuyer Reports
- RICS Level 3 Building Surveys
- RICS Red Book Valuations
- Drone Roof Surveys
- Help to Buy and Shared Ownership Valuations
10. Booking and Payment
- Services must be booked in advance.
- Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking. In most cases, full payment is required before the release of any reports or valuations.
- Invoices are issued electronically and can be paid via bank transfer or other methods agreed in writing.
11. Cancellations & Refunds
- If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee may apply.
- Refunds are not generally issued once a survey or valuation has been completed, unless required by law.
- If we cancel your appointment, we will refund any fees paid or offer to reschedule at no additional cost.
12. Our Obligations
We agree to:
- Carry out all services with reasonable skill, care, and in accordance with RICS professional standards.
- Deliver reports within a reasonable timeframe (typically 3–5 working days after the inspection unless otherwise agreed).
- Maintain professional indemnity insurance in accordance with RICS regulations.

- Provide accurate information about the property and access requirements.
- Ensure safe and timely access to the property on the agreed date.
- Review all reports carefully and seek clarification if needed.
14. Report Usage & Limitations
- Our reports are prepared for the named client only and are not to be relied upon by third parties without our written consent.
- Reports reflect the property condition at the time of inspection only.
- A survey or valuation is not a guarantee or warranty against future defects or changes in condition.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability is limited to the fee paid for the service in question.
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
- Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
